Current Build Status

In his build log, Jari Kaija has a schematic view (borrowed from Zenith) colored to show current progress. The author is glad to steal this great idea. Other builders should feel free to borrow the author's blank image (hand-rasterized with Seashore) for their own use. Each update in the build log will be tagged with a schematic updated to show the current part of interest (red) and completed sections (green).

On the weekend of October 18th and October 19th, 2008, the author attended a rudder workshop where he built his rudder. Discussion of this weekend is split between these two pages. The workshop page discusses workshop from an educational perspective, covering lessons learned, overall impression, etc.; while the build page discusses the details of the actual construction.
